We all know about "Black Friday," the official start of the Christmas shopping season, and "Cyber Monday" where people take advantage of online sales. But there is a relatively new day, "Giving Tuesday," when we set aside consumerism and focus instead on giving to improve the lives of others. This year, Giving Tuesday is on November 29.

Thanks to an anonymous matching gift, every donation for scholarships to Seattle Pacific Seminary prior to December 31 will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to $50,000.
