Complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

  • The FAFSA provides the Seminary with an assessment of your financial need, and can be completed online. (Seattle Pacific University’s school code is: 003788.)

Complete the online Seminary Scholarship Application.

  • The scholarship application provides the Seminary with a detailed assessment of your financial circumstances, and allows us to understand any additional information that may not have been captured by your FAFSA.
  • In your application, please provide a concise statement about your monthly expenses, monthly income, and any additional information about your financial plans (e.g. additional scholarships you are applying for, etc.). Students are evaluated for scholarship aid based on financial need, merit (e.g., GPA, vocational preparedness), and on a first-come-first-served basis.

Seattle Pacific Seminary awards more than $300,000 in endowed and budgeted scholarships to our students every year. These scholarships are offered based on the availability of these funds, which means, in some cases, there may be funding available to newly admitted students after our application deadline. If you have questions about your eligibility, please contact us at seminary@spu.edu.
