Experience:
Dr. Sleight (pronounced "slate") taught full-time in the University of Washington College of Engineering from 1978 to 1989, and was a founding member of the Industrial Engineering Program faculty there. He served as coordinator of SPU's Adult Learner Program (1989-1991) and in SBE as our MBA coordinator (1991-1996). These different jobs have all combined his skills in teaching and technology. Since 1996, Dick has been the Manager of Information Systems for SBE, overseeing the McKenna Computer Lab, the SBE Web site, faculty technology training, and all aspects of instructional and administrative technology for the school.

Dick is also busy raising his three children with his wife Nancy (a 1977 SPU graduate).
