Experience:
Dr. Kierulff gained management experience at Sears Roebuck and Co., Security Pacific National Bank, and TRW, Inc. before beginning fulltime teaching at the University of Southern California in 1970. In 1972, he co-founded the Entrepreneurship Program at USC, where he taught management and finance before coming to SPU in 1980.

He has consulted in the fields of new venture development, turnaround management and curriculum development for a variety of public and private organizations since 1968. These include: Microsoft, TRW, Inc., the U. S. Department of Energy, several federal laboratories, several universities here and abroad, and many small businesses and entrepreneurial ventures.

He has written a book, The Economics of Decision, and has had over 30 articles and papers in Harvard Business Review, California Management Review, Management Science, and other publications.
