  • “Occasional” is defined as 15 hours of classroom time per term per course

  • “Maximizing use of student computers” is defined as instructional activities that require student computer use for more than 50% of any class period

  • Requests will be submitted to the Library Administrative Assistant (Robin Maass, maassr@spu.edu, 206-281-2413)

  • Requests may be submitted up to one year in advance, though a firm schedule will not be finalized until mid-term of the term prior to use

  • The schedule will then be confirmed with requestors and the classroom schedule will be posted

  • 24 hours notice for canceling a reservation is encouraged

  • Negotiation of scheduling conflicts will be facilitated by the Library Administrative Assistant (Robin Maass, maassr@spu.edu, 206-281-2413)
