Featuring solo performances and chamber music by SPU’s world-class brass faculty, the concert will be held Monday, October 21, at 7:30 p.m. in First Free Methodist Church, adjacent to campus.
The concert will include works by J.S. Bach, Oscar Bohme, Francis Poulenc, and more. The participating faculty are Assistant Professor of Music Brian Chin on trumpet; SPU Director of Bands Danny Helseth on euphonium; and adjunct music faulty Roger Burnett on horn, Ryan Schultz on tuba, David Krosschell on trombone, and Angela Draghicescu on piano.
