Freshman Scholarships

An SPU student studies in the library We know you’re looking for scholarships, and we make applying for them simple. Just send in your regular application, unless otherwise noted. You can receive multiple scholarships with the exception of the merit scholarships, (Deans’, Presidents’ Trustees’, or SPU Scholar).

For consideration, students must be a recipient of a three or four year scholarship from Army or Air Force ROTC.

Note: Scholarship amounts and award guidelines are subject to change at the University’s discretion, and they may be adjusted based on the competitiveness of the applicant pool.

* The guidelines shown for the awards noted with an (*) reflect an average of GPAs and SAT scores earned by students who entered SPU beginning in Autumn 2006. A student may receive no more than one of these (*) awards during the same academic year. Average SAT scores based on Critical Reading and Math sections.
