Experience:
Dr. Daniels joined the faculty at Seattle Pacific University in 1996. She is responsible for teaching a variety of undergraduate and graduate management courses including Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Motivation and Leadership, and Leadership in Organizations. Denise maintains an active research record and is a member of the Academy of Management, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and the American Psychological Association. In addition to her work within the academy, Denise has developed and conducted numerous training and development workshops for a broad variety of both for profit and non-profit organizations. Topics include performance management, goal setting, recruiting and retaining younger employees, teamwork, conflict management, and managing diversity. In addition, Denise provides ongoing executive leadership feedback and coaching to individuals in various organizational contexts. She also designed a Microsoft employee survey and follow-up strategies, and has consulting expertise in the areas of survey planning, research and analysis.

Dr. Daniels was chosen as the SBE Teacher of the Year (1998) and SBE Scholar of the Year (2001).
