Gain firsthand experience in a challenging and rewarding field

Are you a junior or senior in high school and have not yet begun college? Then you are invited to attend Nursing Camp 2009.

  • Observe nurses in a hospital setting.
  • Learn skills in SPU's Nursing Lab.
  • Attend seminars taught by SPU faculty and alumni.
  • Explore specialty areas in nursing, including operating room, pediatrics, and public health.
  • Go sightseeing in Seattle!

Details:
Dates: August 2-8, 2009 (Sunday evening through Saturday lunch)
   
Location: Seattle Pacific University, 3307 Third Avenue West, Seattle, WA, plus various clinical sites.
   
Cost:

$750

The cost includes:

  • Six nights lodging.
  • Meals from Sunday dinner to Saturday lunch.
  • T-shirt
  • Transportation to all hospital clinicals and recreational events.

Spaces are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
