Taking Summer Classes? There’s a New Billing Schedule.
Student Financial Services recently revised the implementation plan for their summer billing schedule. This involves three aspects of payment:
- The electronic billing process
- Payment services
- New summer statement and payment due dates.
The electronic billing process.
Seattle Pacific University can no longer accept credit or debit-card
payments over the phone, through mail, or in person. All credit and debit-card
payments must be made online, and will have a 2.75 percent fee assessed on
the transaction amount. Accepted cards include MasterCard, American Express,
and Discover Card. VISA is not accepted.
Payment services.
Don’t forget — you have options when it comes time to pay. Payments can be made by mail, in-person, to the drop box in the SFS office, or online… here.
For more specific information on these options, click here. Under “Financial Arrangements and Services,” you’ll learn about the opportunity of payment plans and third-party or employer reimbursement plans.
New summer statement and payment due dates.
According to the “old” billing and payment policy for Summer Quarter, students who registered after July 1st were required to make payment in full at the time of registration.
The “new” billing and payment policy follows the traditional academic year, and is reflected below.
