If you continue having trouble after using the online tools on FindMyID, please come to the CIS HelpDesk for a Password reset*. If you’re unable to come to campus, you may contact CIS at 206-281-2982.

* Please note that CIS will never request account credentials through email nor will they reset passwords without speaking to an individual and verifying their identity.

If you have yet to be accepted to a graduate program, but wish to register for classes, you are considered a non-matriculated student and will need to register manually. Click here to download the mail-in/fax-in registration form.
