Veronica Carles Perez is the 2009-10 Vice-president for SPU's Chapter of Ivy Honorary. She is an international student from Venezuela who is on her senior year at SPU, studying nutrition and dietetics. As a passionate and driven individual, Veronica is determined to make a difference in the field of weight management. She takes pleasure in exercising, dancing, traveling, and gastronomy. Veronica considers herself to be a very outgoing, cheerful and positive individual. Her dedication and involvement in SPU has motivated her to volunteer in diverse non-profit institutions by using her abilities and educational knowledge to help the community and alter the perception of well being in modern day society.
