Don't miss “Thursday Food for Thought," brought to you by the SPU Library. Bring your lunch to the Library Reading Room on Thursdays and hear SPU authors share from their latest works. A question-and-answer time follows, and copies of books will be available for purchase. During Autumn Quarter, the series runs October 16–November 20, 12:30–1:15 p.m. Professor of History, Bill Woodward leads off the series on October 16 with his presentation, “Runs, Hits, and Eras," the story of Major League Baseball and its connection with the larger American culture.
