Fremont Bridge Nighttime Closures
The Fremont Bridge will be closed to all traffic during the nights of Monday, December 3 through Thursday, December 6, from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. SDOT's contractor will provide a shuttle service for pedestrians and bicyclists from 9 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.


Gwinn Commons Closes for Christmas Break
Friday, December 7, 7:00 p.m.


Residence Halls Close for Christmas Break
Saturday, December 8, 10:00 a.m., all Halls. Consult your PA or RLC with questions or concerns.

SBE MBA and MS-ISM Graduate Programs Open House
Tuesday, December 4, 4:30 - 6:30 p.m., McKenna Hall. Prospective students interested in the MBA and the MS-ISM graduate programs are invited to attend this event. Free parking is available directly behind the building.


Urban Plunge
Friday, December 7 - Saturday, December 8, Seattle. Urban Plunge is a 5-day immersion experience designed to give participants a taste of what it is like to be homeless and what resources are available to Seattle's homeless population. Nights are spent sleeping in a downtown church; days are filled with explorations as participants walk the streets, learn from speakers, and experience some of the challenges the homeless face. Urban Plunge also takes place over Spring Break.


NAMI Meeting
Monday, December 3, 6:00 p.m., Watson B52. NAMI is a student-led discussion group focused on issues of mental health. Come join us in Watson Hall (where the Psychology labs are) to talk about experiences with mental illness. Questions? Contact Megan Leatherman at leathm@spu.edu.

On-campus Student Employees and Off-campus work study students are eligible to work up to 40 hours/week during Christmas break (December 8 - January 2). Also, Winter Quarter is a great time to start working! Work study positions are still available. Visit the attached link to search job listings.
