Costume Hats for Sale! Over 100 vintage hats on sale Wednesday, May 30, from 3:00-7:00 p.m. in the Studio Theatre (lower McKinley Hall). Prices range from $2-$10 and all proceeds go to the SPU Theatre Department.

Tuesday, May 29, 7:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m., E.E. Bach Theatre. Directed by Dan Adams; admission is free.


Annual Showcase for Fashion and Interior Design Students
Thursday, May 31, 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m., First Free Methodist Church. An annual exhibition featuring final projects of Apparel Design, Fashion Merchandising, and Interior Design students. This is a time for celebrating student designs, mingling with friends, family, SPU staff and faculty, as well as people from the fashion and interior design fields. Complimentary desserts and beverages will be provided for guests. This is a drop-in event and everyone is welcome!


Athletics Awards Banquet
Thursday, May 31, 6:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m., Upper Gwinn. Annual banquet honoring this year's sports teams and student athletes' achievements. Pre-registration required. Call the Athletics Office for more information at 206-281-2085.


Thalia Orchestra Concert

Summer State Work Study
Eligible students may earn up to $8,000 during the summer while working on the Summer State Work Study Program. Summer work study is a great opportunity to earn money which benefits you on the FAFSA, gain experience in your field, and build your resume. Summer Work Study Employer on Campus
Wednesday, May 30, between 11:00 and 1:00 p.m., outside Gwinn. Seattle Biomedical Research Institute (SBRI) will be on campus recruiting Summer Work Study Employees. Positions are available in the following areas: Accounting, Education, Human Resources, Information Technology (IT), Lab/Research, and Purchasing. SBRI is less than 3 miles away from SPU and provides a complimentary bus pass to its employees. If you are summer work study eligible, don't miss this opportunity!
