ENRICHMENT OPPORTUNITIES

What Do I Study and When Do I Start?
The best athletes, musicians, and students know that it takes time to prepare for an event or performance. They also know that the more they practice, the more talented they will become. Come to our "Preparing for Exams" workshop on Tuesday, January 24th at 8:00pm located in Moyer Hall Lounge between First and Second Floors. In this session, we will explore what current research suggests about the most effective ways to study and train your mind. You will learn how to develop active strategies for reviewing, build skills in test-taking, and reduce your level of test anxiety. For more information, contact Mary Jayne Allen in the Center for Learning at (206) 281-2475 or centerforlearning3@spu.edu.
