Skiing Anyone?
The Nordic Club is sponsoring a ski trip for March 1 and 2 at a private lodge on Stampede Pass. Cost is $35 and includes: cross-country skiing, sauna & hot-tub, sledding and inner-tubing, three great meals/Scandinavian food, games & activities, and down-hill skiing at Snoqualmie Summit. Meal Plan Changes - February 27 to March 21 ONLY
Changes in meal plans for Spring Quarter may be made - starting February 27 come into University Services and ask to fill out a “Meal Plan Change Form". Forms may be submitted until March 21. This is the last day to make meal plan changes, no exceptions will be made. Please keep in mind that if you live in a Residence hall, you are required to have one of the "metal" meal plans (Platinum, Gold, Copper, Silver, or Bronze). Robbins residents may opt for either the Robbins Plan or a Block 50. IMPORTANT: IF YOU LIVE IN ROBBINS and currently have a Block 50 plan, you must fill out another Meal Plan Change Form to have another Block 50 for the Spring Quarter (otherwise you will get the Robbins Plan).

Three Nights of SPU Sports
It's a packed schedule for Falcon athletes this week! Thursday the women's basketball team plays Seattle University at 5:30 p.m. and the men play #4-ranked Humboldt State at 7:30 p.m. Friday night SPU Gymnastics will host UC Davis at 7:00 p.m. Then on Saturday, women's basketball takes on archrival Western Washington at 5:00 p.m. and the men face Western Oregon at 7:00 p.m. All home games and meets are in Brougham Pavilion. Complimentary tickets are available by showing your SPU ID at the ticket window. Advance pick-ups are not available.


Forum on Iraq Conflict
Interested, questioning or confused about the possible Iraq conflict? Come to the upcoming forum, “What Christians Want to Know About Potential War with Iraq". This forum is intended to focus on theological issues and thoughts of Christians -- as they ponder today's issues of war. Please join panelists Rob Wall, Alberto Ferreiro, and Tim Dearborn; Wednesday, February 19 at 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. in the SUB Fireside Room.

Scholarship for Franklin High Graduates
The Franklin High School Alumni Association is offering several grants to graduates of Franklin High School (Seattle, WA). Grants will be available to undergraduate and graduate students pursuing a career in the field of education. Although there is no application deadline, apply early to better your chances! Scholarships for Female Art Students
The Lake Oswego Craft and Art League Educational Foundation is offering $5000 in scholarships for female Art students. To be considered, applicants must travel to Lake Oswego, Oregon on April 26 to show three pieces of their work. For more details, please visit www.local14.org. [link]

Advanced Registration for Spring Quarter is coming! All continuing students have been assigned an appointment time, which can be viewed by going to the "Check your Registration Information" in the Student Menu of the Banner Information System. Spring registration for currently admitted undergraduate students begins Monday, February 24. Spring registration for graduate students begins Monday, March 3. Questions?
