COMMUNITY NEWS

FILL OUT A SURVEY, WIN AN iPOD
On April 19th you may have received a survey asking you to share your views about some serious college health issues facing our nation. In order to collect student opinions and information about experiences and knowledge, SPU is participating in a national project: The Health Survey. SPU is relying on you to accurately inform us of your attitudes and behaviors in order to guide the institution in the development and assessment of support and educational programs and also to participate in this national project. Outside the Classroom, Inc. will be contacting students directly via e-mail with instructions to complete the survey. As an incentive to participate, the names of four lucky respondents will be drawn at random to receive either a 20 GB Apple iPod, one of two 15 GB Apple iPods, or $200 of textbooks at the University Bookstore. In order to be eligible for the prize drawing, you will need to complete the survey by May 14, 2004. All information that you provide is confidential. Your name will never be associated with any information you provide on this survey and you will not be solicited by any company as a result of your participation. Automated operations conducted by Outside the Classroom, Inc. will be utilized in order to send reminders and generate the winners of the incentive prizes.
