SENATE RECAP
The Senate passed changes to ASSP Bylaws, including the setting of compensation for leadership positions next year, an update of the Public Relations Manager's job description, a transformation of the Webmaster position to Information Technology Coordinator, and the creation of a new Committee on Community Relations. The Student Senate also passed two resolutions, one affirming and encouraging the continuation of the work on diversity by student, faculty, and administration leaders, and the other requesting the University move off the use of social security numbers for student identification. The Student Senate also allocated funds for the upcoming Academic Advising survey prizes, the Good Friday Labyrinth, and Robbin's Sedar Celebration.
