- ERIC via EBSCOHost - This education-resource database includes some full-text documents and the ERIC thesaurus, and it allows users to search PsycInfo simultaneously, limit results to SPU holdings, and link to ILL services.(SPU Only)
- PsycINFO - This comprehensive research-based psychology database is produced by the American Psychological Association and indexes journal articles, books, chapters, and dissertations from 1887 to the present. It focuses on peer-reviewed literature in behavior science and mental health.(SPU Only)
- - PsycINFO also covers research on education; specifically educational psychology and special education.
- Education Full Text - covers topics in education and includes research articles, book reviews, and computer software reviews, with coverage extending from October 1983 to the present.(SPU Only)
- Dissertation Abstracts - covers the full range of academic subjects found in dissertations, with coverage extending from 1861 to the present.(SPU Only)
- Mental Measurements Yearbook - contains full-text information about and reviews of all English-language standardized tests covering educational skills, personality, vocational aptitude, psychology, and related areas.(SPU Only)

- Google Scholar - This search engine searches for scholarly research across many disciplines and sources. By starting your Google search from the SPU pages, the results will link to SPU-owned full-text.
- Academic Search Premier - This multi-disciplinary database provides full text for more than 4,600 journals, including nearly 3,900 peer-reviewed titles. Its coverage ranges from 1984 to the present, with some back files (to 1975) and searchable cited references available.(SPU Only)

- Professional Development Collection - This comprehensive, full-text database provides nearly 520 high quality education journals, including more than 350 peer-reviewed titles, and also contains more than 200 educational reports.(SPU Only)

- RILM Abstracts of Music Literature - RILM is a comprehensive guide to publications on music from all over the world, with over 30,000 new records added every year, covering a variety of document types.(SPU Only)

- MAS Ultra - School Edition - This database, designed for high-school libraries, contains full text for nearly 500 popular, high-school magazines. It also provides access to reference books, biographies, primary source documents, and an image collection.(SPU Only)
- Psychology & Behavioral Sciences Collection - focuses on emotional and behavioral characteristics, psychiatry & psychology, mental processes, and anthropology. With full text for nearly 400 journals, its content overlaps significantly with PsycINFO.(SPU Only)
- Linguistics and Language Behavior Abstracts - covers applied linguistics, learning disabilities, morphology, nonverbal communication, philosophy of language, phonetics, phonology, and theory of linguistics. Its coverage extends from 1973 to the present.(SPU Only)

- ATLA Religion Database & ATLA Serials - This database, produced by the American Theological Library Association, indexes journals and essay collections in religion, with links to full text. Its coverage extends from 1949 to the present, with some retrospective indexing underway.(SPU Only)
- Business Source Complete - provides citations and full text for case studies, country reports, company profiles, Harvard Faculty Seminar videos, industry reports, scholarly journals, SWOT analysis, and major magazines, with coverage from 1922 to the present.(SPU Only)
- Communication and Mass Media Complete - offers over 1,000 titles on communication, mass media, and related fields, many with full text available.(SPU Only)
- Library, Information Science and Technology Abstracts - indexes journals, plus books, research reports, and proceedings on various aspects of librarianship and information science. Coverage extends back as far as the mid-1960s.(SPU Only)
- MasterFILE Premier - Designed for public libraries, MasterFILE Premier provides full text for multidiscipline periodicals dating back to 1975, with content updated daily. It also contains full-text reference books and primary source documents, as well as an image collection.(SPU Only)
