  • Did You Know?

    The Library has over a dozen meeting rooms that can accommodate groups ranging in size from two to sixty people. These rooms are available for use by SPU faculty, staff, and students for purposes directly related to SPU academic or student life. Reservations can be placed online! To ensure room availability, please allow at least one business day for processing your request.

  • EBSCO Database Downtime

    EBSCOHost databases are currently off-line for vendor maintenance.  Library staff will be monitoring the situation.  If  you try to access a database and only receive a blank screen, please try again later.  We are hoping that access will be returned shortly.  - Access restored as of 6:30 p.m. March 27.

  • ProQuest Changes its Look

    Things may look a little different the next time you search any of our ProQuest databases, which include Research Library Complete, ABI/Inform, or Nursing and Allied Health.  The update should make these easier to search, but if you have any difficulites, please Ask a Librarian!

  • Extended Hours Begin March 5

    Starting Monday, March 5, through Thursday March 15, the library will be open until Midnight Sundays-Thursdays.

  • Did You Know?

    The Library offers an array of recent best-selling fiction. Our Popular Fiction Collection, available on display in the Reading Room and main floor lobby, contains approximately 80 titles available for checkout to SPU patrons. Visitors may browse through these books when in the library.

  • Library Adds More Full-Text Journal Access

    The Library has added two new JSTOR Collections: Arts & Sciences IV Collection and Arts & Sciences V Collection. Together these two collections increase the libraries full-text access by almost 375 titles.
