Reserve a Room
The SPU Library has over a dozen meeting rooms that can accommodate groups ranging in size from two to sixty people.
Reserve a Room Form
Library rooms are available for use by SPU faculty, staff, and students for purposes directly related to SPU academic or student life. Rooms should be reserved for ad hoc, one-time use.
Prior to reserving a room, review General Library Room Reservation Policies and know the Library hours for the date you'll require.

Rooms Available for Reservation
Library Classroom (main level)
- Used for library related instruction involving library staff, materials, or technology
- Quiet, private study is allowed when not reserved for instruction
- Standard classroom technology (podium station and video projector)
- Seats up to 22
- Available during regular library hours. Requires 24-hour notice and library approval
Library Seminar Room (second level)
- Seats up to 60
- Standard classroom technology (podium station and video projector)
- Available during regular library hours and requires library approval

Library Administrative Conference Room (second level, Administrative Office)
- Seats 12
- Suited for meetings
- Whiteboard and large oval table, no technology
- Available 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and requires library approval
Conference Room A (second level)
- Seats 6
- Computer with a 46" LCD display (equipped with VGA and HDMI connections for mobile devices)
- Whiteboard
- Available during regular library hours
Conference Rooms B-F (third level, along windows)
- Seats 8
- Whiteboard
- Available during regular library hours
Study Rooms (Second level, west wall)
- Seats 4
- Available during regular library hours
End Study Rooms (main, second, and third level, near restrooms)
- Seats 4-6
- Comfy chairs around a coffee table
- Available during regular library hours
Media Room (lower level)
- Seats 4
- Computer with large LCD display, VCR and DVD players attached
- Available during regular library hours
