I have an SPU ID Number and PIN, but not an SPU Username

Since March 2010, SPU has started using the SPU Username and Password to log into most systems (including Banner).

Do you have an SPU email address? Your SPU Username is the first part of your email without the @spu.edu (mscott@spu.edu).

I know my SPU Username and Password

If you are sure you’re using the SPU Username and Password, then your account is probably locked from typing your credentials incorrectly multiple times. Wait 30 minutes and try logging in again.

If your account has been locked by an administrator, it will not automatically unlock. Contact the CIS HelpDesk at 206-281-2982 or at help@spu.edu for assistance.
