CLASS LISTS

You will receive a first-day and a fifth-day roster of students registered for your class. Rosters will be placed in your mailbox. Please take attendance on the days you receive them. If there are students in the class not appearing on the roster, list their names and send them to register immediately.

CONTRACT
All contract concerns should be addressed to Lydia Stout, Alexander Hall, (206) 281-2350.

COURSE EVALUATIONS
You are required to provide for the distribution, completion and collection of course evaluation forms. Evaluation of your class by the students will take place toward the end of each quarter. Evaluation forms will be placed in your box 2-3 weeks before the end of the quarter, along with a short paragraph of instruction. These forms should be returned to the MSLC main office as soon as they are completed. It is important that you leave the room when students are completing the evaluation form.

EMAIL
If you need an email account for course related work or academic purposes, you may establish one by following the instructions provided at http://www.spu.edu/help/email/createemail.html.
If you need assistance, please call Computer Information Services (CIS) at (206) 281-2982.

EXAMS
Details of the exam schedule are listed in the University Time Schedule on page 21. Please follow this schedule unless your class meets in the evening. If your class time is not listed, please check with Kathy in the office, (206) 281-2351.
