Getting Set Up
CONTRACTING
AND PAYMENTS
Debbie Wysomierski (206-281-2753 or djwysom@spu.edu) issues all contracts for SBE
adjunct faculty. Contracts are issued approximately forty days
prior to the start of the quarter. Contracts must be signed and
returned to Debbie prior to the course beginning date.

us of your contract. If you are a first-time adjunct, a paycheck
cannot be issued without completion of your I-9 form (including
verification of documentation) and W-4 form. You will be paid
on the dates listed on your contract, usually the first of the
month. Your check will be placed in your SBE mailbox. If the first
is a Saturday or Sunday, distribution is the Monday following.

A key will be requested each quarter for your use. It will allow
you entry into the building, the workroom, and the McKenna conference
room. When an adjunct office is available the key will also admit
you to that office. You must pick up your key in person, with
valid picture ID, at the Office of Safety and Security (located
at 601 W. Emerson). Please return your key when you submit your
final grades. Lost keys are a serious security issue that could
result in re-coring of locks throughout the building. Charges
resulting from lost keys are billed to the responsible party.
