Welcome to Seattle Pacific University. As an adjunct faculty member, you play a central role in our courses and programs we offer. This handbook is designed to help you become familiar with our operations and to serve as a reference guide for policies, procedures and services. We are glad you have come on board and are here to assist you whenever possible!

This handbook provides information regarding policies, procedures and responsibilities for adjunct faculty, as well as available University resources and services. Adjunct faculty are expected to read and follow all policies and procedures as outlined in this handbook or any updates. We are happy to clarify any information and answer other questions as they may arise.

The General Handbook section applies to all adjunct faculty across the university. Individual academic units - professional schools and individual departments - have expanded information specific to their programs.
