PHOTOCOPYING

A copy machine is located in the office work area. You will be given a 3-digit code to use this machine. Please plan ahead for any large copy requests (20 copies or more) as it takes 48 hours to get copies back from the KINKOS copy center. Your AA will send them over and see that they are returned to you by the time you need them. NOTE: You must verify that permission has been obtained to reproduce copyrighted material (see "Copyright" in the Academic section).

Please allow time for the staff to fill out the form and get it over to the copy center for the 48 turn around time. Your completed copy requests will be returned to your mailbox, except for exams. Exams will be held at the administrative assistant's desk for pickup. Photocopy jobs must be done on campus because KINKOS Printing Services is able to make copies for us at a lower rate than any of the off-campus vendors.

Copies being made for personal use cost $.10/copy.

IMPORTANT: You must verify that permission has been obtained to reproduce copyrighted materials.

Additional University printed secondary teaching aids such as study guides, handbooks, workbooks, manuals, lecture notes, extended bibliographies, etc. may be marketed to students through the bookstore.

REPORTING EMERGENCIES
On-Campus
If any on-campus emergency situation occurs, contact the Campus Safely and Security Office at x2911 (from any campus phone). For situations that are not emergencies but need Security's services, please do not use x2911; instead call x2922.

For on-campus emergencies, do not call the police, fire or ambulance directly; Security will contact the emergency service(s) that should arrive at the scene.

When calling, give the location of the accident victim and a brief description of the injury. Also, provide the name and phone number of the person reporting the accident.

SAFETY AND SECURITY OFFICE
Open 24 hours. The Safety and Security Office is on 3rd and Bertona, Security staff members, trained in first aid and CPR, respond to all emergencies and minor injuries and contact the proper city authorities. Security also provides escort service after dark. For emergencies, (206) 281-2911 and for non-emergency situations call (206) 281-2922.

SNOW
The Snow School Closure Hotline is (206) 281-2800. The recorded message will give information regarding delayed or cancelled classes due to snow or severe weather conditions.
