SPU Friday and SPU Friday Plus
We have two ways to experience SPU Fridays: as a one day event or as an overnight event. If you’re a junior or senior, we encourage you to sign up for SPU Friday Plus, and spend the night on Thursday.
SPU Friday: One Day Event
9 a.m.–3 p.m., October 10, 17, and 24
Visit classes, take a campus tour, meet students and faculty, learn about financial aid, eat lunch in Gwinn Commons, and more. View a sample schedule.
SPU Friday Plus: Overnight Event
Arrive 4 p.m. Thursday–Depart 3 p.m. Friday, October 9–10, 16–17, and 23–24
This overnight option is available only for juniors and seniors.
Cost $20- This includes three meals, activities, and lodging.
On Thursday you can go to dinner and attend a game or other on-campus event with current students, then spend the night in a residence hall. On Friday, visit classes, take a campus tour, meet faculty, learn about financial aid, and more. View a sample schedule.
SPU Friday Plus attendees will be assigned an SPU host who lives in the residence halls, for Thursday, October 9, 16, or 23. All overnight guests must print, sign, and return a waiver form. You may email the signed form to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax it to 206.281.2544. Parents traveling with their student may stay in nearby hotels.
Some shuttle service will be available from the airport, train station, or bus station to SPU and is complementary for prospective students attending SPU preview events; each additional guest may join a shuttle for $20 each way. If you would like information about a shuttle, please indicate this on your registration form.
Fine Arts Scholarship Audition
