In addition to various topics within the field of Old Testament study, Dr. Lim’s research interests include eschatology, Asian-American biblical interpretation, missional hermeneutics, and the theological interpretation of Scripture. He is working on the publication of his dissertation, The ‘Way of the LORD’ in the Book of Isaiah (T & T Clark, forthcoming).
Dr. Lim actively ministers to Asian-American congregations and invests in the development of emerging leaders. He views his scholarship and teaching as a means to enable to the church to live out its missional calling.
