Graduates of the I/OP program become scholars who possess the necessary tools, theoretical knowledge, and analytical skills to launch their academic or consulting careers; practitioners who apply their knowledge and skills, managing change, applying scientific methodologies, and improving the organizations around them; and leaders who guide organizations, motivate and build teams, and develop future leaders.
