Graduate Students Winslow G. Gerrish, MA Winslow Gerrish is a graduate researcher in the Lustyk Lab. He is currently on internship at the Portland VA Medical Center. Winslow's interests include psychophysiology, behavioral medicine, healthcare policy and primary care psychology.

Haley is employed at Seattle Pacific University as Adjunct Faculty and at the University of Washington's Addictive Behaviors Research Center as a Research Study Assistant. Haley earned her Bachelors of Secience in Psychology from Seattle Pacific University in March, 2009. Haley manages our psychophysiologal data collection, the web site, and much of the day to day operation of the Lustyk Lab. Haley is interested in understanding how women's physiology affects their psychological wellbeing, especially in regards to mindfulness. Additionally, Haley is interested in substance use and abuse and comorbidity issues for women with substance use disorders. She is currently preparing applications for Ph.D. programs in clinical psychology and anticipates starting her doctoral research in the Fall of 2011. Haley is also a postbaccalaureate research assistant in the Human Learning and Cognition Lab at SPU with Dr. Baine Craft. Recent Publications Lustyk, M. K. B., Douglas, H. A. Madison is a postbaccalaureate Research Assistant in the Lustyk Lab. She graduated from Seattle Pacific University in March 2010 with a B.A. in Psychology and a strong background in Studio Arts. She intends to pursue a PhD in Psychology. In addition to her PhD, she also hopes to pursue a Masters in Contemplative Psychotherapy at a University based on Buddhist philosophy and foundations. Madison has also been a research assistant in the Animal Learning and Cognition Lab at SPU with Dr. Baine Craft. Madison believes in the power of mindfulness meditation and is interested in helping women expand their personal awareness, with the purpose of leading a life of everyday happiness. Hilary is a Research Assistant in the Lustyk Lab. She is a senior at Seattle Pacific University pursuing a B.S. in Psychology. She is interested in how early trauma experiences effects women's health later in life. After she finishes her undergraduate work Hilary intends to pursue a degree in Clinical Psychology and continue researching trauma experiences and women's health.

Jenna Docktor is a Research Assistant in the Lustyk Lab. She is a junior at Seattle Pacific University pursuing a B.S. in Psychology. Jenna is particularly interested in substance abuse and chemical dependency in today's society. After graduating, she plans on earning her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, her Chemical Dependency Professional Certificate, and becoming a licensed counselor in the state of Washington.

Madison is a Research Assistant in the Lustyk Lab. She is a senior undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelors of Science in Psychology. After graduating in June, Madison plans on attending graduate school to earn her Ph.D. in Behavioral Neuroscience. She is interested in how the brain deals with trauma and stress. Eventually, she would like to work with individuals with brain injuries and researching neurological rehabilitation.

Katelyn is a Research Assistant in the Lustyk Lab. She is a senior at Seattle Pacific University pursuing a B.S. in psychology. She is particularly interested in how alternative therapies can be used in relationship counseling, and in how women’s health issues affect the family as a whole. Katelyn plans on attending graduate school after she finishes her undergraduate work to pursue a degree in marriage and family therapy.

Jenna is a post baccalaureate Research Assistant in the Lustyk Lab. Jenna graduated from Seattle Pacific University in June, 2009 with a degree in Psychology, with the intention to continue her education. Jenna will apply to Marriage and Family Therapy Master's Degree programs.
