An evaluation will be emailed to students within 30 days of the posting of a grade for all Distance Learning courses.  Please take the time to complete the online survey for each course you take as your feedback is both valuable and appreciated.

SOME HELPFUL REMINDERS TO MAKE SURE YOUR REGISTRATION PROCESS GOES SMOOTHLY:

• Do not use above registration form if preregistration or registration with an outside agency is required. Just call the number listed to find out how to register. If SPU credit is available, you'll complete registration on site or separately, and payment is due in full at that time.
• Double-check your form against the course listing. Make sure you've written complete course information on the form before sending it in. If Student Academic Services cannot determine what courses you're actually registering for, the form will be returned to you promptly.
• Pick the right payment option. See the Financial Information section for payment options. If you are paying by purchase order, please carefully read the purchase order payment option.
• Sign your registration form. Without your signature in, we cannot legally register you for a course and your registration form will be mailed back to you promptly.
