| This course is designed to provide the football coach who is responsible for the organization and implementation of his high school or junior high school's special teams, the opportunity to investigate and make conclusions about how to implement, teach, and evaluate each special team. Participants in this course will establish clear expectations from the head coach regarding their job off the field, during practice, and in games. Participation in this class will provide the special teams coach with new knowledge, strategies, inspiration, and a positive affirmation for the coaching position. |

| The ultimate goal in athletic training is to achieve peak performance at the right time during the season. This course is designed to introduce and familiarize the participant with the periodization. The model of periodization involves using various cycles in planning training programs that gradually progress towards peak performance. Participants will be introduced to the principles and strategies of utilizing the model of periodization. These principles will be applied to develop training programs for various cycles during an athlete's season or annual plan. |

| This course is designed for the improvement and organization for those who coach basketball. This course will benefit people at all levels: from the youth level to the college level. This course is specifically directed towards the offensive side of the game of basketball. Students will develop an offensive philosophy for their particular system; design set and continuous offensive plays; develop an offensive philsophy in regards of game management; apply and infuse information regarding their program from personal education; and organize game situation strategies. |

| This course is designed for the analysis, implementation, and improvement for shooting the basketball. It is designed for people who teach physical education along with those who coach the game of basketball. This course will provide the student with in-depth knowledge of shooting the basketball. Students will learn proper skills and mechanics of the basketball shot; develop a system for teaching the skills; implement the system; along with correct movement analysis for the benefit of the students. |
