Study Abroad Website
Student Financial Services supports SPU’s recognition of the importance of intercultural understanding in a liberal arts education. There are an array of study abroad options that can apply to your undergraduate degree at SPU: you may choose to participate in a SPU affiliated program or a non-affiliated program (third party program) directed by another university or study abroad organization, or you may choose to study independently at an accredited, pre-approved institution, also considered non-affiliated study. In any of these cases, if you receive prior approval for courses to be applied to your SPU degree, you may receive financial aid to assist in meeting their costs.
This information is designed to be used as just one of many resources available to you in planning your study abroad experience. Be sure to fully explore your options, costs, academics, and schedule before you enroll in any study abroad program.
