you are a student who has been receiving paper copies, and wish to discontinue this option
Parent/Guardian Statement Preference Form
Click this link if:
you are a parent or guardian currently receiving both paper and electronic statements, and you wish to have electronic only
you are a parent or guardian who has previously discontinued paper statements, and wish to receive them again
NOTE: your student must complete a FERPA authorization and/or set you up as an authorized payer for you to begin receiving statements for the first time.
