Parent PLUS
Borrowers must complete a Parent PLUS Authorization form, select a lender and complete an MPN with the lender of their choice.
Seattle Pacific University carefully reviews the policies and products of lenders to identify lenders who will provide excellent rates and services to our students. This list of lenders is available through SimpleTuition. PLEASE NOTE: You are not required to use one of these lenders. You may use any lender that participates in the Federal Family Education Loan program (FFELP).
Please note: If you select one of the listed lenders you will be directed to the required Parent PLUS Authorization before you are directed to the lender’s website to complete your loan application/MPN.
If you select a lender that is not included on the lender list at SimpleTuition, you will need to provide the Lender Name and ID, if possible, on the required Parent PLUS Authorization. You will then need to complete your application/MPN with your selected lender.
The following information may be helpful as you prepare to use the SimpleTuition resource. This information will be needed so that SimpleTuition can calculate estimates of borrowing costs from multiple lenders. You will be presented with numbers customized to your situation.
- Loan needed: Please select the month and year for the first term of your Stafford loan award.
