Making Payments
All faculty and staff members have an account with Student Financial Services, even if he or she is not a registered student. Posted on the account are charges for Advantage Points, meal blocks, parking charges, library fines, Health Center charges, as well as any tuition charges. When there is activity on an account, an email notification is sent to the individual each month alerting the person that an online account statement is available.

Instructions for online account processing.

If you would prefer to receive paper statements in addition to electronic statements, please make this request on our Statement Preference Form for students and parents.

There are several options for payment of your account.

  1. Online payments: Log on to the online payment page. to access the Account Summary page in the Employee Menu. Select the link to Online Payments to view your current account statement. From here you can pay your account balance by e-check, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.

  2. Payroll deduction: Log on to the Banner Information System. On the Employee Main Menu page, go to the Request Payroll Deduction for SFS Account. Please note that payment by payroll deduction is not automatic, but you can choose to either make a one-time payment or set up a monthly deduction.

  3. Check or cash payments may be made in person or by mail to SFS (Demaray Hall 10).
