you are a student and you wish to have a paper copy of your statement sent to you in addition to the electronic copy
you are a student who has been receiving paper copies, and wish to discontinue this option

DEFAULT STATEMENT DELIVERY:
1. PDF of statement emailed to addresses granted FERPA authorization
2. Access to online statements via Quickpay with email notification for authorized payers
NOTE: these are two separate authorizations. Both must be done by the student. You will not have access to statements without at least on of these.

you are a parent or guardian who has both authorizations (PDF and online) and wish to discontinue receiving PDFs
you are a parent or guardian who wants to get a paper statement instead of a PDF
you are a parent or guardian who is currently getting paper statements, and would like online or PDF instead
Beginning March 2009, statements previously delivered via paper will be emailed as a PDF.
