CSOT Department/Area: Residence Life

Sanitation stations/restrooms are insufficient for the demand.  With Ashton open, facilities are in high demand.  Need someone checking regularly on status of supplies in each restroom & replenish.  [CSOT leadership question --- who has this responsibility? Is it in the departmental plan?]

Suggestion – BEC’s for Ashton relay needs so that Facilities can replenish supplies as needed.

 

What now?

  • Are there any vendors you should consider contacting? How soon do they need to be contacted?  Not at this time.
  • What is the impact to your department if CIS remains down for several hours or days? Slows down communication. Need to make individual contacts via cell phones, radios and in person (runners).
  • What actions do you need to take in the next hour? Next two hours? Clarify priority system for housing in Ashton. Communication plan for this system.
  • Have any issues or new questions emerged? Students are getting hungry.
