Dave,

I have arranged with Kim Karstens to feed the 20 FPM staff in Gwinn Commons for each meal.  Staff should present their campus cards to the dining room checker and identify themselves as Facilities Emergency staff.  This assumes that Gwinn’s structural integrity is assessed quickly and the building is habitable. 

I am requesting that the assessment of Gwinn’s structural integrity be placed higher on the priority list to ensure that people can be fed and then move to the residence system buildings as housing becomes an issue later in the day. 

As we are reviewing our floor lists to identify empty beds, we need to know the gender mix of the 20 staff members.  I assume that you will need to house the staff beginning tonight (4-29-09)
