What now?

  • Have you met with your staff? Is anyone missing and how will you locate them? Who do you notify to help locate any missing faculty or staff? All staff accounted for as we swept and exit the Health Center together and have checked in with BEC
  • Do you have a plan to address working outside for the next 2 hours? Yes Next 5 hours? Yes and if building cleared can use HC with just window light until dusk have limited illumination after dark if power still out· Have you made a status report to CSOT/OSS/ECMT? How will you get the information to the appropriate people?  Runner if technology not useable
  • What are your priorities at this point in time? If it is 1 hour and twenty minutes after the incident manning the temporary first station with plan to move indoors if building cleared. Restocking supplies will be next. Supplies are located in multiple areas on campus and will need securities assistance to know which ones can be accessed because of the condition of the buildings. What actions do you need to take in the next hour? Next two hours? Will soon need blankets for injured as we have only a limited supply of rescue emergency blankets.
