I missed this reply before answering the next two exercises.   You can assume that the actions I presumed Carrie would take are what I would have done. 

We will take with us:

BEC emergency bag, including radio, first aid kit, etc --all of our emergency blankets --emergency food and water supply (if time and building condition allows) --STOP/THINK/ACT booklet --pads of paper and pens for notes, planning --Bible --personal cell phones, purses, wallets  (my cell phone has all business contacts stored, including benefits vendors, all HR staff, EAP, etc) --coats, umbrellas

  

Yes, I keep wanting to say SAS  instead of OSS.  We will always contact OSS first via radio or runner.
