Point of Contact: Gary Womelsduff
CSOT Department/Area: Human Resources
What now?
- Have you met with your staff? Is anyone missing and how will you locate them? Who do you notify to help locate any missing faculty or staff? (all HR staff are accounted for, and remain in the Alumni parking lot.)
- Do you have a plan to address working outside for the next 2 hours? Next 5 hours? (since HR does not have a laptop, there is limited "normal" work that can be done. Will continue to assist injured and upset people around us, and attempt to monitor local news and campus information via radio and runner. Since the weather was originally listed as nice for April, and we brought out our emergency blankets, we should be able to keep injured or upset people warm and comfortable. Carrie will gather the team to discuss what can be done for the next few hours. Some who live close enough may be able to walk home. Others will have to wait for roads to clear and bridges to open).
- Have you made a status report to CSOT/OSS/ECMT? How will you get the information to the appropriate people? (Initial report was made via radio to OSS. Have not heard yet if CSOT has been called, but if it is, Carrie will attend in Gary's absence.)
