FPM Msg 6 Response

Point of Contact: Dave Church

CSOT Department/Area: FPM

The generators have enough fuel to run for two days.  FPM will make re-fueling arrangements.  The Auto mechanic will be assigned to get the CIS generator at Marston back up and running.

FPM will take on the responsibility in number five as soon as the building becomes available with existing housekeeping staff who have just been waiting to get back in the building.

Our warehouse staff will immediately be obtaining a re-supply of materials from local building yards (Blackstock on Elliott for example).  Our plan is to start the re-supply effort for key materials ahead of the public and contractor demand.  Examples include paper products, soap, lumber, etc.

No impact – we are low tech capable and have a standalone PC in our van field office for tracking labor and materials for eventual upload at a later date to banner.
