What now?

  • Are there any vendors you should consider contacting? How soon do they need to be contacted?

    Food vendors for next delivery dates (Sysco Friday, main food delivery)

     

  • What is the impact to your department if CIS remains down for several hours or days?

    If Gwinn opens, unable to read dining cards; retail locations: unable to read dining cards, credit cards. Will have to communicate by phone, or runners.

 

  • What actions do you need to take in the next hour? Next two hours?

Prepare for food preparation and distribution from emergency supplies.  Assuming Gwinn will not be open for the next 4-6 hours.

 

  • Have any issues or new questions emerged?

    Rotation of students through Ashton to keep warm and use facilities will be managed by whom?
