Check in with BEC – perform headcount: account for students and staff on-site, attend to injuries, maintain contact with Safety through BEC; provide pastoral care
Treat as able with supplies from first aid kit; Keep them calm and still; provide pastoral care; protect them and move them if necessary
Family members will be reached via cell phone utilizing out of state contacts per family plans. Yes we have family plans.
In the next hour:

Contact all absent staff members and student workers regarding the earthquake.
