What Now questions

  • Are there any vendors you should consider contacting? How soon do they need to be contacted? None for my department. For the University --- if we need to obtain temporary structures/tents/honey buckets…. Who has this information?
  • What is the impact to your department if CIS remains down for several hours or days?  My department is not a core operation … so no significant impact.  My staff could be temporarily re-assigned to support other university needs (e.g. re-stock library shelves, answer phones, etc.)
  • What actions do you need to take in the next hour? Next two hours?  Continue to work with ECMT and CSOT leaders to identify services/issues that need to be addressed and where appropriate, obtain assistance/support in meeting expressed needs which are essential for getting SPU back up and operational.
