One thought on your essential personnel ---- your BEC Beth Weins is an essential person, however, she will be required to stay and support Safety & Security (report to Cheryl Michaels to fulfill BEC role). So with Beth not available to you – who else would be required to stay? For this exercise, I’d like you to list who you’d ask to stay (won’t hold you to it in a real situation, however, wish to know for this exercise.).
