If Brougham was assessed by structural engineers and deemed alright we could house people in the lower and upper gyms if the dorms were not found to be structurally sound.

We do not have any staff whom have job descriptions requiring them to stay on camp in a crisis time.  If coaches and staff were needed to help on campus I’m sure they would.  We would hold a meeting at our evacuation spot (Wallace Field) and ask for individuals to assist with campus efforts.  For piece of mind it would be necessary for these volunteers to know that their families were safe and unharmed at this time. If our coaches/staff/student-athletes needed counseling or pastoral care we would attempt to get the campus personnel involved.

If we could not locate those individuals we would need to counsel and pray with these individuals to the best of our ability.  This is not foreign activity to our coaches and staff.  We already do this on a daily basis.

Question:  Are CSOT members able to dismiss staff members from campus whom they oversee?  Or is that a decision that needs to come from the ECMT?
