Welcome to the Student Counseling Center website. The staff of the SCC are dedicated to student well-being and providing services collaboratively with compassion, respect, and sensitivity to students' unique challenges and cultural backgrounds. Please Note: Our services are available (free of charge) only to currently enrolled SPU undergraduates.

What We Provide
Location and Office Hours Our office is located in Watson Hall on the first floor. Follow the steps up into Watson Hall (off of Bertona Street), past Health Services, and into our office. To Access Services Simply walk in during the hours we are open and complete an intake form. You will leave with an appointment for a counseling assessment. Our hours for Fall 2008 are: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (intakes accepted until 4:30pm) Wednesdays open late to 8:00pm (intakes accepted until 5:30pm) If you are in crisis, please immediately call 911 or 2911 if you are on campus. You may also call the Seattle 24-hour Crisis Line at 1-866-4-CRISIS or go to any hospital emergency room. Please see our Resources page for other options.
